We're angry because the vicious senile scumbag currently holding our country hostage thinks he can do whatever he wants. We're angry because if he can abduct Maduro with impunity, he could do the same to innocent citizens. We're angry because he has the bloated arrogance to think Venezuela's problems are his to solve, because his idea of a "solution" is to get in there and exploit it himself, because he fucking dropped bombs on them.
I don't think you can speak for "millions of Venezuelans". I have certainly read posts to the effect of yeah, we're furious actually, because we wanted him gone but not into the custody of a foreign creep who aspires to be just as bad (and who BOMBED US). If anything good ends up coming from this incident, it's going to be despite Trump, not because of him, and it's going to be something that could equally well have been achieved without a blatant imperialistic power grab.
Critical thinking involves, among other things, the ability to understand that the enemy of your enemy is NOT your friend, and that more than one thing can be true.
